Iran beat China

Occupied Ahwaz / Iran:

Today morning, two prisoners have been hanged on charges of murder and drug trafficking in Kermanshah Dizel Abad prison and Kashan. And at least three other prisoners from Kerman have been executed on charges relating to possessing 3 kg of Hash in Kashan prison yesterday morning!

Also, more than Forty prisoners have been executed during last week. The new execution flood was expected to take place after Ramadan (Holy month in Islam), however the Iranian judiciary has been executing prisoners during Ramadan too, giving no consideration to the holy month and Muslims in general. And as an example for what happened, the Iranian judiciary ruled on the execution of three Ahwazi prisoners who were hanged in Urmiye prison during Ramadan. Their charges were the normal ones which we got used to ” Corruption in earth Activities” and “Anti-God Actions”!

Again and again I insist on shedding the light on these two stupid charges and ask the Iranian judiciary; why only Ahwazis are convicted of such charges?! Is it because they are Arabs or Sunni Muslims and that Iran’s official religion is Shi’ism? Is it because they are asking for the retrieval of their occupied land and protesting against their oppressors? Why this Iranian hate and grudge against the indigenous people of Al Ahwaz?!

Among the countries with the most confirmed executions, Iran possess the second place. Iran carry out the highest recorded number of executions right after China. Many reports confirm that the executions committed by the Iranian Government target persons aged under 18 at the time of their alleged crime, and most of the time the executions are carried out in public.

However, when comparing the population of the two countries (Iran and China), Iran get the highest percentage of execution in the world, thus Iran beat China! I wonder where the International Community at regarding this humanitarian blasphemy and this Iranian impunity. Where are the so-called Human Rights organizations from these flagrant breaches of the International law?! Human Rights reports and the condemnation of states will never solve a problem nor stop these illegal executions!

Ramban Massacre

Occupied Kashmir / India:

On July 18, 2013 at least 7 persons have been killed and more than 90 others were injured when Indian occupational forces represented by Border Security Forces – BSF opened fire on protesters who were protesting against the desecration of the Holy Quran and beating of a local Imam by the BSF personnel in Dadam village of Gole Tehsil, district of Ramban of occupied Kashmir (Video below). Curfew has been imposed in the entire occupied Kashmir valley.

A clear message must be delivered to New Delhi in this regard, that this illegal occupation in Kashmir it cannot be prolonged anymore. India is not only murdering Kashmiris but also starting an open war against them.

These acts committed by the Indian Government can be considered as ethnic cleansing against the people of Kashmir. India must be held accountable for these crimes and their rulers must be brought before the International justice.

Its 21st Century O Iranians

Occupied Ahwaz / Iran:

In Iran -as usual- more death sentences issued against the innocents there, mainly Ahwazis! According to Iranian official sources at least 50 people have been executed in different Iranian cities during the last 12 days.

On August 26, 2013, twelve prisoners have been executed in different Iranian prisons. Five prisoners were hanged in the prison of Qom (South of Tehran). The prisoners who were not identified by names were convicted of drug related charges and murder! I personally doubt these charges. Such charges are given to the public opinion to keep it calm!

Some sources from Al-Ahwaz reported about the execution of two prisoners in the prison of Al-Ahwaz. The prisoners who were both convicted of “Corruption in earth Activities” and “Anti-God Actions” were identified as “Reza R.” and “Ali Sh.” and were executed on Tuesday August 21 and Wednesday August 22.

The question that can be asked here; Is it a coincidence that only Ahwazis are convicted of “Anti-God Actions” and “Corruption in earth Activities”?!

Iranian Government should understand that we are in the 21st century, and no authority is allowed to end the life of its own citizens and other citizens from different countries, and that the irresponsible actions Iran is committing on daily basis against Al-Ahwaz citizens are considered Crimes Against Humanity and violation of the International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law, and reflect nothing but the carelessness of the Iranian Government towards the International Community and its decisions.

Is Incendiary Bomb Legal?!

Syria:

On August 26, 2013 in the province of Aleppo, Syria, halfway between the city of Aleppo and the Bab Al Hawa border crossing lies a small village called Orum Al Kubra.

Yesterday ASSad’s forces bombed the tiny village with some type of incendiary bombs, most probably napalm and white phosphorous, since both are probably the best known incendiary substances used in incendiary weapons.

The result is what you see in the videos below. You can see how the people there are being treated at a local clinic with very basic equipment. They are overwhelmed and under-supplied to handle these types of injuries.

For those who do not know these bombs, I share with you what Wikipedia says about it. “Incendiary weapons, as the term is understood in International Humanitarian Law (IHL) describes weapons that act mainly through fire and heat. They are designed to start fires or destroy sensitive equipment using fire (and sometimes used as anti-personnel weaponry), that use materials such as napalm, thermite, magnesium powder, chlorine trifluoride, or white phosphorus. Though colloquially often known as bombs, they are not explosives but in fact are designed to slow the process of chemical reactions and use ignition rather than detonation to start and or maintain the reaction”.

Now you know these destructive weapons and what they can cause, it is important to mention that International laws prohibit these kinds of weapons in all circumstances. It is highly prohibited to use them against the civilian population and civilian objects, and thats why the International Community established a separate protocol “Incendiary Munitions and the Incendiary Weapons Protocol” to guarantee the prevention of using such weapons during conflicts. But does ASSad care, absolutely not!

The abovemention 1980 Protocol III of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons, deals specifically with the use of Incendiary Weapons, and their use against civilians. Paragraph 1 Article 2 of it states clearly that; “The civilian population as such and individual civilians or civilian objects may not be made the object of attack with incendiary weapons”, a principle that applies to all weapons under customary international law. And Paragraph 2 prohibits making of any military objective located within a concentration of civilians the object of attack by air-delivered incendiary weapons, such as napalm. Whereas, Paragraph 3 of the same protocol, prohibits uses of incendiaries against military objectives located within concentrations of civilians.

It is a pity to see such Articles and many other existing when you deeply know they are nothing but ink on paper. Anyway, they are still customary!

Chemicals and Blind World

Syria:

On August 21, 2013 and at approximately 3:00 am this morning in Damascus, a year to the day after Obama’s famous but infamous “Red Line” speech warning ASSad about using chemical weapons, and during the time a specialized UN so-called inspection team are sleeping in their hotels in Damascus, ostensibly there to investigate a Chemical Weapon attack 6 months ago, ASSad launched his largest, most wide scale and most deadly attack using chemical weapons on the Damascus suburbs of Zamalka and Ein Turma in the Eastern Ghouta area.

The fallout from the attack was also felt in many of the surrounding districts, but did not reach the UN inspection team. More than 1,770 people are confirmed to have been killed with 45 to 50% of the dead being children. The videos below show a tiny example of what happened and who were the victims.

Al Kalaseh Massacre

Syria:

This massacre which occurred on August 16, 2013 in Al Kalaseh, Aleppo province in Syria, right after the Friday prayer, will not receive any media attention.

This massacre will get no sympathy from International Community.

This massacre will be forgotten very soon.

This massacre never happened actually.

The people never died.

The world has already written the people of Syria off as dead!

This is what a major city would look like (Video below) after fighter jets bomb a densely packed neighborhood during Friday prayer. This is not some hypothetical situation, it is real. This is in Aleppo, and the neighborhood is Al-Kalaseh and the air-force jet that bombed the neighborhood is part of ASSad’s air-forces and the victims are as usual, civilians!

More than 30 civilians were dead in the strike, and crushed under thousands of tons of their homes concrete. As with almost every single airstrike in Syria, the majority of victims are civilians.

Many International laws and conventions consider these acts committed by ASSad regime as war crimes and crimes against humanity, and that they are punishable by life imprisonment, but do we care? Not a single atom!

No Investigation Needed!

Syria:

Be sure, the United Nations will not investigate her death. No one will be brought to justice for her death, as she represents nothing but another dead child from Syria!

On August 3, 2013 in Nawa, Daraa province, Syria, another child was slaughtered. Ghazal Alaa Al Rifai was killed when ASSad’s forces shelled her home giving no consideration to civilian zones.

There will definitely be no need for any investigation regarding her murder, as she is not a political public figure or a celebrity. There will be nothing to mark her death else than the video below.

Her perpetrators were celebrating with ASSad the blessed “Armed Forces Day” in Syria! What a joke!
